The homeless charity, Crisis are to partner with Tesco Mobile to give out £700,000 worth of smartphones & data to homeless people to enable them to keep in touch with family and current affairs during this year of lockdown and isolation, all due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Tesco Mobile will be responsible for supplying the handsets and the credit.

There are an estimated 300,000 homeless people in the UK who are at high risk of social exclusion. This initiative will go some way to bringing people back from the fringes of society.
